CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy At A Touch of May, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible experience. In order to maintain fairness to all clients and ensure smooth scheduling, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below: Appointment Cancellations: • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the scheduled service(s). No-Shows: • If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged 20% of the service fee. • Repeated no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment to secure future appointments. We Understand Life Happens: We understand emergencies and unexpected situations may arise.
